Abdominoplasty is a kind of surgery you don’t have to be afraid of, yet it is performed in general anaesthesia – this is why you must undergo standard examinations before the surgery.
Usually the patients undergo the examinations three days or a week before the surgery. If you take any anticoagulants you must inform your doctor about it in advance and stop taking them under the doctor surveillance.
The surgery is performed in general anaesthesia and lasts for 3-4 hours.
